Conditions of return

• The goods are returned to, and received by, our online warehouse within 7 days of receiving order. 
• Item(s) must be unwashed, unworn with tags still attached.
• Item(s) must be in original condition and in the original packaging.
• Return postage is at the expense of the customer.

Online returns process

1. Submit a Return: 

• Please contact hello@poolboy.club with your customer order number and reason for return.

2. Pack Your Return:

• Place the item(s) in the original shipping mailer and post to the address sent to you in your return confirmation email.

3. Post your return:

• Please note return postage is at the expense of the customer. Once we have received your return we will process a refund (dependent on the condition of the item).
